Prospective Students

The ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø is a vibrant campus with numerous opportunities and
activities available to graduate students throughout the year. We have traditional
graduate students who attend classes on campus as well as fully online graduate students.
ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø students, with the exception of Prospective Graduate Nursing and Graduate Allied Health Majors, applying to ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø graduate programs should complete a transcript request form which can be found on the University Registrar's Office website. In the Name/Organization field for the transcript recipient write, "ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Graduate School". There is no charge associated with these requests. Completed forms can be faxed, mailed or hand-delivered to the Registrar's Office.
Please note that this option applies only to ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø transcripts for students applying to ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø graduate programs.
The ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø is an EO/AA employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex (including pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression), religion, age, genetic information, disability, or protected veteran status.
